No-shows are subject to a $50 fee.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future services, which is non-refundable if the policy is breached.
All services rendered are final, with no refunds offered. Aesthetic outcomes vary, and while we strive for the best results, they cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for the cost of additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes. Product purchases are final, with exchanges only for defective products within 14 days. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
For safety and a relaxing environment, we ask clients to arrange childcare prior to appointments. Pets, except for service animals, should not accompany clients to appointments to avoid inconvenience and ensure the safety and comfort of all clients.
